Before We Arrive

 

Clear Surfaces & Floors

To ensure a thorough clean, please remove clothing, toys, dishes, paperwork, and other personal items from floors, countertops, tables, and desks when possible. Clear surfaces allow us to fully dust, vacuum, and mop without obstruction.

Valuables & Personal Items

We recommend storing jewelry, cash, important documents, medications, and fragile or valuable items in a secure location.

Dishes & Laundry

If possible, please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher or neatly in the sink. Laundry can be placed in hampers or designated areas. Clean laundry left out may be folded upon request.

Pets in the Home 🐾

We love pets and are very comfortable working around them.
To ensure a safe and stress-free experience for everyone, please let us know if pets will be in the home during your cleaning. If needed, we recommend securing pets in a separate room, crate, or outdoor space during service.

Home Access

Please ensure our team has clear access to your home at the scheduled time. This may include providing a key, lockbox code, garage code, or entry instructions. If you use a security system, please disarm it or share instructions in advance.

Kitchen Preparation

• Clear countertops of small appliances, mail, and clutter when possible
• Ensure sink area is free of excess dishes or items

Bathrooms

• Remove personal items from countertops, tubs, and showers (toiletries, razors, etc.)
• Hang or place used towels in a hamper

​

Bedrooms

• Clear floors and nightstands when possible
• Beds may be left as-is or made ahead of time—we will neatly straighten them during service

Living Areas & Offices

• Clear coffee tables, desks, and frequently used surfaces
• Secure any sensitive documents or work materials in office spaces

Special Requests & Deep Cleaning Services

If you are interested in more detailed cleaning services such as baseboards, interior appliances (oven or refrigerator), or cabinet interiors, we recommend scheduling a Deep Cleaning. This allows our team the appropriate time to thoroughly complete these areas to our highest standard.

Please let us know prior to your appointment so we can schedule accordingly and ensure the proper service level is booked.

Payment Information

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

A secure payment link will be sent to you prior to your scheduled cleaning. We kindly request that payment be completed 24 hours before your cleaning service. Thank you for helping us keep scheduling and service running smoothly!

• Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences
• For safety, we recommend children be supervised during service when possible
